Concordia East
Similar to many of our projects, the initial visit was a shocking reminder of what years of neglect can do to a building. This renovation started with a partial teardown. We gutted what was left of the original tri-level house. We created a two story addition where we relocated the kitchen, added a dining room, and a primary bedroom suite on the second level. Relocating the kitchen allowed us to create a large living room and a new entry way. Our shop created many of the built-ins that are incorporated throughout the residence.
