Concordia West

This home falls under the category of "drastic remodel.” The first day we entered it, the odors and the piles of discarded stuff were almost too overwhelming. The house had suffered years of neglect, and had endured a couple of attempts at updating. The structure was in true disrepair. We love projects like this. They are a great opportunity to transform a dilapidated building into a home that meets the needs of its owners and adds a breath of fresh air to the neighborhood. We kept the same footprint, and added a dormer upstairs and finished the basement to gain more living space.
