Hazelwood
Located on a street full of gorgeous mid-century homes, this house needed some serious TLC. The large property is a gardener’s paradise, yet there was no real connection to the backyard. The house was gutted and brought back to life. We designed a timber framed roof addition that connected the house to the expansive back yard. The roof addition also serves to cover a new deck and the new basement entry. The separate basement entry allowed us to create an apartment in the finished basement. Our shop created many of the built-in cabinets in this residence.
