Location, location, location! This stunning spot on the river in Milwaukie began with a 1 story house. We added a second story, a main level primary suite addition and remodeled all of the main floor area spaces to take advantage of the gorgeous views. One of the main ideas was to recapture the connection to the river and create fun interior spaces for the grandchildren to play and explore.
